Paradise Pedis uses strict procedures including:
- Customer health screening
- Foot inspection
- Mandatory foot sanitizing
- Certified Garra Rufa
- Continuous filtration and sanitization systems running 24/7
We also deny service to anyone who doesn’t pass screening.
Our filtration and sterilization systems were designed to mimic the ocean, its self cleaning. It’s hard to see in our videos, but new water is actually going into the tank while the customer is in it. At the same time, water is being drained out, which explains why the tanks never overflow even though water is constantly being pumped in, and why the water always looks clean and clear. Our systems run 24/7, that’s before, during, and after each session. It takes between 15–30 minutes for a tank to completely cycle, depending on how wide our valves are opened, and that is the minimum amount of time we set between each customer. This is how we ensure no two people ever use the same water.

Our fish are fed daily a balanced diet (including repashy, veggie flakes/pellets, probiotics, multivitamins).
